No way diets or diets that do a month or two simple things you need to change their habits and cleaned her pantry, you can do it.
is what advocates first and foremost the upper cabinets.
The natural diet, also called healthy diet means a way of eating that the basic rule is to eat quality food, little or no processing, so the most natural foods possible. That is why organic food (food grown without chemical pesticides or fertilizers) are strongly recommended.
Food is not a natural form of diet, diet or deprivation. Rather it is to replace conventional foods by more nutritious foods and healthier food to which no chemical additives (dye, preservatives, artificial flavor, etc..) Was added. In addition, food less known and highly nutritious are added to the menu either: •
germinators
• algae •
lacto-fermented foods
• various grains (barley, buckwheat, millet, quinoa, amaranth)
Several new classes are coming in the next year to the upper cabinets.
