A reminder:
I'm still trip, a pause before resuming classes at the upper cabinets, approximately late July.
My whole trip is focused on cooking, so believe me I could not be better to choose my destinations. Currently I am in India, in fact I am since March and this country is so rich in flavor, a real Aladdin's cave for food enthusiasts like me. I tasted, cooked and discovered lots of things new and surprising. There is so much to learn here.
Next week I leave for Kerala. I will visit the spice plantations and of course I take the opportunity to take several courses in southern cuisine. At my return I can offer courses of Indian cuisine to the color of my new discoveries and very healthy as ever.
